The Second International Guitar Festival begins in San Miguel de Allende.
Inaugural Concert: With the participation of 20 artists from four countries, the second international guitar festival is celebrated. Enjoying various stages of the city, mainly at the Angela Peralta Theater, with a daily concert starting at 5 pm, featuring two guitarists per day and where musical genres will combine from classical to popular.
